1. Who we are
Asset Finance Online is an Australian commercial asset finance introducer. We refer commercial finance enquiries to appropriately-accredited lenders and finance brokers who service the enquiry on your behalf.
2. Information we collect
When you complete our online enquiry form we collect: your name, contact details (mobile, email, postcode), business information (structure, trading history, monthly turnover, residential status, credit self-assessment), finance requirements (asset type, amount, asset status), technical information (IP address, device type, browser, referring URL) and marketing attribution data (UTM parameters, click identifiers).
3. How we use it
We use your information solely to:
- Refer your enquiry to a suitably-accredited finance specialist
- Enable that specialist to contact you and progress your application
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing
- Comply with our legal obligations
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the accredited finance specialist assigned to your enquiry and, at your direction, with commercial lenders they engage on your behalf. We do not sell your data.
5. Marketing cookies and pixels
This site uses standard analytics and advertising pixels (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft) to measure marketing performance. You can control these via your browser settings and the "Do Not Track" preference of your device.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@assetfinanceonline.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data security
Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and handled with commercially reasonable security controls. No online transmission is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take it seriously.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
